Fairytale Village is an immersive, storybook-inspired stroll-through experience designed for children and families with 8 magical spaces. Each room immerses visitors transporting them into the middle of the story with handcrafted artistry, music, gentle lighting, and whimsical characters.
Our experience is designed especially for children aged 3–12 and their families, but all ages are welcome! We also offer group discounts for schools, scouts, and homeschool groups of 25 or more!
We are currently operating as a seasonal pop-up experience in NorthPoint Mall in Alpharetta, GA. For open dates and hours, visit our Location & Hours page. Reservations are required and can be made same-day, if available, up to 15 minutes before attending the event.
3a. Once inside the NorthPoint, how do I find FairyTale Village?
The easiest way to find us is to park in the garage outside of Dillards. Once inside the Mall, head up to the 2nd floor. Choose the elevator just outside H& M and go up. We are on the right. If you take the escalator up we are on the left. Look for Old Bessie on our roof!
No, parking is free.
Most visitors spend about one hour walking through the Village. Afterwards, you can browse our enchanted FairyTale shop and take photos in the picture spot(s).
FairyTale Village is a fully indoor experience, making it a magical escape no matter the weather; although, it has been known to snow in FairyTale Village in November and December.
We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to reserve your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are welcome as space allows, but popular time slots may sell out.
Yes! Each season (fall and winter) brings new characters, new sets, and a new story to FairyTale Village! Our Fall attraction runs from Sept 11 – Nov 1, 2025 and our Winter Holiday attraction runs from Nov 7 – Jan 4, 2026.
Capture the magic! We just ask that you be mindful of our actors and other guests and avoid using a flash while inside the attraction. Photos are encouraged at our photo spots with our characters too; however, no videoing is allowed inside FairyTale Village.
To preserve the magic and protect our sets, food and drinks are not permitted inside the stroll through. However, snacks may be available in our gift shop area, and there is plenty of dining space in the Mall.
Children under age 3 are free with a paid adult and must be carried by an adult throughout the stroll-through.
